
Becoming a Sass Master
I was on Wendy's when Wendy's became Wendy's. My command of the brand’s social voice was second only to our community manager.
I wrote the official “Sassy” guidebook, mentored other writers, roasted McDonald’s, and produced case studies that laid the foundation for a historic win streak of awards. I helped establish the argument that Wendy’s Twitter was guiding the brand’s identity as a whole. The client—and the world—listened.

Well… It was less of a question and more of a demand.
