Becoming a Sass Master
In my time on Team Wendy’s, my command of the brand’s social voice was second only to our community manager.
I wrote the “Sassy” guidebook, mentored other writers, roasted McDonald’s, and produced case studies that laid the foundation for a historic win streak of awards.
With these case studies, I helped craft the argument that Wendy’s Twitter was guiding the brand’s identity as a whole — not the other way around.
My time as a Sass Master culminated with 2018’s “Real Talk” campaign, which my partner and I developed to answer the client question: How do we put Twitter on TV?
Well… It was less of a question and more of a demand.
